Industries / companies are welcome to participate in conferences through sponsorship and advertisement. Broad ranges of sponsorship packages are available on a first- come, first-served basis to suit every sponsor/exhibitor to show case, company’s portfolio and variety of products useful in virological research. Renowned scientists, researchers, faculties, students from academia and dignitaries from the Government, Corporate organizations and industry will be participating in the conference. This is a great opportunity to interact with the conference attendee and highlight your product line.The details of packages for the sponsorships are as follows:

Sponsors will be able to distribute any promotional materials or products during the conference. All promotional materials must adhere to conference guidelines and should not contain offensive or inappropriate content, adhere to professional and marketing needs and ethics, as per the requirements.
Exhibition booths as specified will be provided at the venue. Exhibitors can visit booths one day prior to have an overall idea. Booth designs and layouts would be approved by the conference organizers to ensure compliance with venue regulations and safety standards.
Sponsors retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in all materials provided for the conference.
The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel sponsorship agreements in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other justifiable reason and there would be no refund on cancellation.
IVS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time with notice provided to sponsors in writing.

A thematic exhibition will be organized during the conference. The exhibition stalls/booths will be made ready 2 days prior to the conference and will be open for the visit of sponsors.
